I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving!
The last part of this year has felt a little heavy for me, personally. It’s been an extremely busy year at work, one of the busiest I have ever had, and I have been continually challenged on how to find balance, prioritize my family, do well at work without teetering on the edge of burnout. I don’t get it right all of the time, but the experience has moved me inward in many ways and had me reevaluate what brings me joy and where I need to reprioritize those things
My recent podcast was with Dr. Brooke Griffin, one of the most inspirational and interesting people I have met in the pharmacy space. She is the perfect resource for anyone struggling with a “stuck” period in their career or anyone lacking a little direction. Listen here!
There are a ton of black friday sales right now and this is a perfect time to stock up or start something new. If you need specific recommendations, email me here!
Sunday Riley - this is one of those lines where you can use their cleanser, toner, moisturizer and be perfectly fine. There line has everything you could need and in my opinion, it’s one of the rare skincare line where you can stick with their products exclusively. Everything is excellent.
Moon Juice - I love this brand and they recently came out with a Vitamin C product. Their Plump Jelly and Acid Potion are staples in my routine.
Tata - full disclosure, I haven’t used a lot of Tata products, but people love them, get great results, and the ingredients are sound.
Biossance - I have only ever tried the sunscreen of this product, but it is fantastic and one of my favorites.
